The programs vary from joint range of motion classes to high intensity aerobic classes. Exercising in the water provides a challenging workout in a low-impact environment. |

Anyone who experiences the inevitable aches and pains of arthritis will enjoy the many benefits of this class taught by certified instructors through the Arthritis Foundation. Health professionals advise that regular exercise can help keep joints moving and protected against further damage, while enhancing overall flexibility and strength. Other benefits include improved coordination and endurance levels which increase your ability to perform everyday tasks such as shopping, cooking or dressing. |
